The main difference that we see between our residential cleaning services and our commercial cleaning services is the size of the job at hand. What we tend to do is send a larger crew to handle commercial grade jobs. The reason why we feel confident in our commercial services is the fact that we have the capacity to send a larger crew of well-trained professionals to get the job done. In some cases, companies that are hired to perform a larger scale job than what they are used to handling will have to go out and hire people to be able to get the job done. Needless to say, many of these people would not exactly qualify as trained professionals. This is not an issue that you would have to face with us!
Fire & Water Damage
In commercial settings with fire or water damage, we need to act fast. As we mentioned in our residential fire and water damage pages, time is not our side. With water damage what we are going to want to do is quickly set up different areas where we can effectively pump water out if there is still excessive flooding present. From there we are going to then begin the drying process to be able to get a better idea of what full restoration is going to look like. With fire, the overall sanitation process is key. We want to remove any potential residue that could cause more problems down the line. From there we will be able to get a better idea of what steps we would need to take towards a full restoration of the area.
Everyday Cleaning Procedures
Aside from what we would call emergency instances, where fire and water damage fall under, we also offer commercial grade everyday cleaning procedures. Such as carpet cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning. To ensure that your workplace or business, in general, is looking at its best for both customers and workers alike!
